Conditions of participation

 

After successful registration, you will receive the invoice. The participation fee for the event is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Cancellation is only possible by email to de.dena@sportfive.com.

If you cancel your registration up to 30 days before the start of the event, you can cancel your registration free of charge. For cancellations after October 14, 2024, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. For cancellations after October 30, 2024, as well as for absence and cancellation, the full participation fee will be charged. You are welcome to name a replacement person by email without incurring a fee.

The Dena Energy Transition Congress will be accompanied on site by photographers, press representatives and film teams. Press representatives act on their own responsibility. The following applies to recordings made by Dena - both on site and via the web: The image, sound and video recordings made during the event will be used by Dena for public relations purposes and as part of internal company communication. If you do not agree to the creation and use of the recordings, please let us know on the site when you register. You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time for the future (e.g. by email to widerruf-einwilligung@dena.de). The objection does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before the objection.
